Unique Partnership Between Facility Wizard Software and Carolinas Healthcare System

Charlotte, NC -- Carolinas Healthcare System, an industry leader in cardiac care, and named the most preferred hospital by the National Research Corporation for the past nine years, has a very unique partnership with Facility Wizard Software and their product Projecto™.

Carolinas Healthcare System started out using Projecto™, which helped their administrators manage ongoing capital projects of all sizes, by keeping detailed tracking records of budgeted items and assets. However, they requested a more customized version of Projecto™ to fit their unique needs, and Facility Wizard Software was able to help Carolinas customize what is now known as Ecats™, an expanded version of Projecto™.

Now that their internal project tracking system, Ecats™ is finished, Facility Wizard Software and Carolinas have teamed up again, this time with Archibus’ business marketing partner AOS, to create and market a product called Projecto CFO™.

Projecto CFO™ is different than Projecto™ for the simple reason, that it has a purchasing section which is web-based and specifically designed to track routine capital purchases. This is accomplished by interfacing with a company’s existing accounting system, and allows for more accuracy when assigning costs to purchases.
